  4. Findings and Recommendations:
    MASA will document its findings and may provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  5. Implementation of Disciplinary Actions:
    If necessary, MASA can enforce disciplinary measures in accordance with its constitution and disciplinary code.
  6. Appeal Process:
    Affiliates typically have the right to appeal decisions, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Affiliates’ Obligations

Compliance with MASA Policies:
Affiliates agree to abide by MASA’s constitution, bylaws, and policies as a condition of their membership.
Cooperation with Investigations:
Affiliates are expected to fully cooperate with any inquiries or investigations conducted by MASA.
Implementation of Corrective Measures:
Organisations must promptly address any identified issues and implement recommended changes to align with national standards
